Founder and CEO Lisa Robinson is a Veteran of the United States Army and Philadelphia native with more than 12 years' experience in the finance industry who has been able to apply her professionalism and skills to the home care industry. Her role affords her the opportunity to work closely with the elderly and adults with physical and intellectual developmental disabilities, particularly those in low-income communities; a demographic she feels is grossly underserved and to which she is totally committed. A stroke survivor, Robinson understands the positive impact professional, compassionate homecare can have on a person’s life and is committed to ensuring her Participants receive the care they need and deserve. Lisa is also Founder and President of the Coalition of Minority Providers and a member of the Pennsylvania Provider Coalition Association and the Rehabilitation and Community Providers Services Organization where she serves as the Co-Chair of the Physical Disabilities and Aging Committee. Lisa is also the Co-Host of The Empowerment Zone Radio Show on WWDB wherein she provides valuable information to the community regarding: health, politics, real estate and more. She has been awarded The House of Representatives Outstanding Service Citation from State Representative Stephen Kinsey, the Community Impact Award from WURD, received a Certificate of Congressional Recognition by Congressman Brendan Boyle and was named a 2022 Veteran of Influence by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Lisa graduated from Murray State University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice, a M.S. in Organizational Communication and was the recipient of the National Collegiate Minority Leadership and All-American Scholar Awards.
